MicroStrategy (MSTR) has taken the financial world by storm as of late with their innovative Bitcoin treasury strategy. The whole premise of this strategy is to move away from the traditional cash reserve setup that leaks value every year due to monetary debasement and switch to Bitcoin, a new financial technology that has a fixed supply schedule that is backed by the most decentralized and secure network humans have ever created. This type of strategy is something we have never seen before and can be difficult to fully understand. This is why I made this website, to give people an insight into how I view and conceptualize MicroStrategy and their Bitcoin strategy. I view this play as purely math as their entire strategy is centered around raising capital to buy Bitcoin. It is not as if they are trying to develop a new product to break into a new market and try to reach a certain goal. The plan is to simply buy Bitcoin and continue to do so in a way that is accretive to shareholders.
